This Privacy Policy explains how Royal Executive Limo(“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website, our passenger app (Royal Executive Limo), and our chauffeur app (REL Chauffeur), together the “Services.”
Information we collect
We collect the following information so we can provide and improve our car-service:
- Account & contact details — your name, email address, and phone number.
- Booking details — pickup and drop-off locations, dates and times, flight numbers, passenger counts, and any notes you provide.
- Location data — while a trip is active, the app may use device location to show pickup location, share the chauffeur’s position with passengers, and enable live trip tracking. Background location is used by the chauffeur app only during active trips.
- Payment information — card payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; we retain only limited details such as the card brand and last four digits for reference.
- Usage & device data — app interactions, device identifiers, and push-notification tokens used to deliver trip updates.
How we use your information
- To create and manage reservations and accounts.
- To dispatch chauffeurs, calculate fares, and process payments.
- To send booking confirmations, trip updates, receipts, and service messages by email, SMS, or push notification.
- To provide live trip tracking and customer support.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Services.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the service, including with:
- Chauffeurs assigned to your trip (your name, contact number, and trip details).
- Service providers who help us operate: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS and calls), Google Maps (addresses, distance, and mapping), and our hosting/database providers.
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not allow advertisers to target you through the Services.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your choices and rights
- You can review and update your profile details in the app or by contacting us.
- You can disable location permissions in your device settings (some features, like live tracking, may not work).
- You can opt out of non-essential notifications in your device settings.
- Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information.
Deleting your account and data
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time by emailing admin@royalexecutivelimo.com from the email address on your account, or by calling +1 (917) 277-3356. We will delete your personal data within 30 days, except information we are required to retain for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes (such as completed-trip payment records).
Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
