How do I book a ride?

Open the Royal Executive Limo app, tap Book, enter your pickup and drop-off, choose your date, time, and vehicle, then confirm. You can also book by phone.

When is my card charged?

When you book, a hold is placed on your card for the estimated fare. The final amount is charged after your trip is completed.

How do I change or cancel a trip?

Open the trip from the Trips tab to edit or cancel, or contact us and we’ll take care of it.

How do I delete my account?

Email admin@royalexecutivelimo.com from your account email, or call +1 (917) 277-3356. We’ll remove your account and personal data within 30 days (some payment records are retained as required by law).
